Ordering process

Step 1: Quotation request

Please send us a request for a quotation and answer the following questions:


· How many miniatures are to be painted?


· What is the name of the miniature or the box set?


· Where will the painted miniature/s be delivered to? (City and Country)


· Size or scale of the miniature/s?


· Desired quality for the miniatures.

o The Emperor - Display Quality

o The Overlord - High Tabletop Quality

Step 2: Quotation sent to customer

· After receiving your request, we will then check the request. If further information is needed, we will contact you.

· You will receive a quotation through your e-mail as well as payment terms and conditions within 48 hours after all clarifications are made.

· If you agree to the quotation sent to you, you can now proceed to the next step.

· If you disagree or have any questions about the quotation, you can reply to the email we sent you or send us an email to: ferdz0806@yahoo.com 

· If no answer or feedback is received from the customer within 7 days, the quotation will not be valid anymore. 

Step 3: Payment

For local (Norway) customers:

Step 5: Customer sends the miniatures

After your payment is done, you can now send your miniatures to this address:


Ferdz Gonzales Studios

If the miniature is available in our local store, we can buy it for you for a pick-up fee of 100 NOK. Payment for the miniature/s and/or pick-up fee will be included in your final invoice.


NOTE:

If the value of the miniature/s exceeds 500 NOK, payments must be made first before we can pick up your miniature.

Step 6: Painting time

Once the miniatures are received in our studio. We will start the commission as scheduled.


**Please take note of the delivery timeline (schedule) that is stated in your quotation.


We will send you work in progress photos during the painting process.

Step 7: Final payment.

· Once the project is done, we will send you the final payment invoice to your registered email.


· The final invoice will include:

o Shipping fee

o Shipping tools fee (box, bubble wrap etc.)

o Painting commission fee (50%)

o Pick-up fee (if applicable)

o Miniature/s payment (if applicable)


· Miniatures will not be delivered until payments are settled. (see terms and conditions)

Step 8: Delivery

· Once we’ve received your payment, we will deliver the finished product/s.

· Delivery time varies depending on which country you are based.

  • Norden: 0–3 days depends on the country
  • Europe: 2–10 days depends on the country
  • USA: 2–7 days
  • China: 5–12 days
  • Rest of the world: 2–10 days

Step 9: Miniatures are delivered

· Enjoy your miniatures!

· We hope that you liked your miniatures.
